The bunker is probably the most intricate, heavily detailed set in the whole show. I can't wait until next episode. This was definitely a turning point for the show, made it easier to access lore and stuff like that. The Winchesters actually get a home. Season 8 only gets better from here ( well, as good as it can get without Cas).

Fun fact. That scene where Sam wakes up dean; jensen had actually fallen asleep so that was raw reaction 😂. Also the bunker was the biggest gsme changer since cas was brought in

No, Abaddon (Josie) is not their grandmother. John's mom was Millie. This is such a fantastic episode...Lots of funny and touching moments. We get to meet Henry, there's the introduction to Abaddon and the boys finally get a home, the bunker 😊 Btw, the actress who plays Abaddon is one of the most beautiful women on the show, imo...along with Sarah, Lisa and a couple more who haven't been on yet.

Dean was clearly not hearing himself as he was going off on his grandfather about him having loyalty to his family and not some "book club", when their grandfather said he had no choice because he was a legacy. I'm like, wait. Doesn't Dean constantly go off on Sam about why he did whatever their dad told him to because "that's what a good son does." So, Dean has been catering to the legacy of John, and John has been dead for years. Shouldn't Dean be more concerned with a safe life for him and his brother away from such danger? But again. He feels the obligation, the same as his grandfather did. Dean is somewhat like his grandfather, the way Sam is similar to John.

1 Dean never catered to John but he listen because unlike Sam he was a trained Marine and knew what he was doing. Fyi Sam is nothing like John he's Mary's both wanting the normal life like it's so wonderful. If you die for something I'd rather be a hunter then a victim.
