This show was always like that, giving the good and holy side the half based argument and giving all the clever cunning and wise scriptures to the bad. Sanger was wrong saying God The Father made him that way when No God made him the Morningstar and his own actions turned him bad and into the fallen devil. He was not made that way he changed and formed into that vile decision. Only thing that seemed reasonable and sensible was saying no one can make God do anything expect for when your evil and “make” God punish you the accused, which him being a Holy and just one and only Lord Than he has the right and will to hand out a just verdict upon the accused!

I think Jared looked his best in this season with his chiseled good looks,hair and sideburns.he was bulkier in this season with muscle compared to how the final seasons he was so thin and lackey. For me, some of later seasons’ contents were good but they don’t work on it effectively like before. The main stories of those seasons are boring, predictable and too much flaws. Also, the meaningful parts of supernatural almost went out, and I was watching the show when the relationship of Sam and Dean is kind of toxic (it started from season 6.) At this point of season 5, Sam or Dean would make a choice to sacrifice for a world if things go bad, fighting and accepted when needed, forgiven, sympathetic and true care for family, but really, releasing darkness, killing death, coldness when they see people, their friends and allies being killed by Leviathan, Crowley, Lucifer and Michael makes no significant sense comparing to early seasons. Also, the brother’s scripts for Sam and Dean are not consistent enough for their selfish family choice in those later seasons. Though, there are more good characters with new fitting regular casts, plot of sided characters are still various, entertained and excited in some points. The individual episodes’ meaning are still good. I like the content on season 12 when it brings back seasons 1-2’s feelings but they should focus on Mary’s relationship with Sam and Dean closing better than The Men of Letters story, Mary’s departure and unrelated stories (Lucifer’s part was still good.) it’s boring and unsatisfactory to me.

FactionsTazer so i just checked and in 11.22 and 12.17 it's stated in both(both at about the 14 minute mark) that micheal was in no shape to fight and that he was a drooling mess, tho you're right it's never explicitly said that lucifer tortured him, I guess that was the assumption I made when they pulled Sam out of hell that Lucifer would've turned towards adam/micheal. Even if the theory is meant to be that he went crazy from confinement that would not make as much sense to me as torture because while Lucifer def seems to be evil, he's definitely not crazy and he was alone in there much longer
