Season 6 Castiel is the best Castiel. 1)He's really OP. More than season 4 and 5. 2)The Demons are scared of him, Crowley included. 3)He is respected by the Angels. He's a leader. 4)He really loves Dean/Sam and all the humanity, BUT he's still an Angel of the Lord. 5)He's badass, but also funny. His ingenuity, especially about porn, is funny. 6)Even if Raphael and Eve are more stronger than him, he never loses his cool. 7)The episode "The Man Who Would Be King" is one of the best in the series. We need this Castiel again in season 15.

@@EcuaBlackOps212 the thing is, if he's too powerful then he just becomes a plot device. The boys are trapped in a room full of Demons? Send in an ex-machina full power Castiel. The beings that the boys are fighting have been getting stronger and stronger ever since the end of Season 5, so it makes sense that Castiel (who we have to remember is a low-level Angel) appears to be getting weaker and weaker. It doesn't help that he doesn't have his wings, but even at full power I doubt he could match most of what the boys are fighting now, let alone kill.

I agree with your statement that fully powered Castiel is to strong and would just make the boys obsolete but I don't think most of the enemies their fighting today and survive wouldn't have problems against an Angel. It wasn't that easy to combat a weekend angel for s night of hell now imagined a heaven powered angel with his wings he would put up to much of a fight
