Thanks for the comment. I would suggest sideloading the Aurora Store (thanks to @KitBetts-Masters) because then you can sideload almost anything else from there. Here is the video to get started. The process is the same: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4qvg39pi8aYgrs

I had a lot of file conflicts initially when using Manta with Nomad. The Supernote app on my laptop also stopped working for a time and I couldn't see my linked devices. Using bluetooth keyboard is fine with Manta. I like the half folio more than I though. It's easier to clean than my Nomad folio.

I had the same issues with the A5x and the Nomad which made this platform unusable for me, also don't like that the calendar notes and PDFs don't sync between the 2 devices.

@@rush48192 I was trying to make too many changes. After synchronising everything onto Supernote and deleting the conflict files, it's fine now. I also uninstalled an old version of desktop app and reinstalled. Now I modify a file on one platform and sync up.

Glad I’m not alone on the touch input sensitivity. I’d like this to be fixed soon!

I thought it was just me. It only seemed to be on the virtual keyboard. It does seem to be improving wit using it for basic navigation. Maybe its similar to the breaking in period for the FeelWrite 2.

Thanks for your video.I appreciate your depth, pace and tone of voice. I wondered if there are text-only browsers available, as there are on Windows and OSX. Getting rid of the images speeds up things. Or, something similar in a way: I used Pocket before: tooling to save a webpage so to view it later on my Kobo bookreader. This must be possible when siteloading, I assume?

@@josuemelendez8722 I have downloaded Word to test it but not Excel. I find it hard to believe they would be great experiences as sideloaded apps, but will test them. Outlook would probably be similar. However, you can connect your calendar and outlook mail to the device. Thanks for the question.

Thanks for sharing this. Since I don't have the Paper Pro, I don't have a frame of reference. Someone pointed out this was a tradeoff for the Carta 1300 screen on the Supernote for the higher resolution.

🙋‍♂Hello Ed! I was looking to see if this device would work for me as I already have a Nomad, and it did not perform as I wanted. I understand the A5X2, and Nomad runs the same software. I was hoping this would change on the Manta by bringing something new. I can see that this newer version of the A5X2 will be improved by fixing some software glitches but as a replacement for my NA3C now. I wish you and your family Happy Holidays.🎄🎅🎇🎆

Happy Holidays to you too Dan. Yeah, I don't see this as a replacement for the NA3C, they are just different use cases, although they have line snapping and way improves anti aliasing in beta right now. Thanks for the comment.

What the...... The only reason I have ordered the A5X2 and ditching my Boox Air 3C is to get the "hyperlinked PDF as a template" feature. Now they have taken that away??? I'm probably better to cancel and get the Boox Air 4C?

@@getyourmotorrunning... They didn't take it away, it's a bug. They currently have it working in the beta. Hopefully the fix rolls out soon.
