Hi Louis! Honestly I forgot all the rooms as I kept getting lost. Bottom line is that you can use many of those spaces as bedrooms and I do recall at least 3 bathrooms. The asking price is €465,000

Beautiful property. Probably needs $500,000 to make it spectacular plus a crew outside to trim and organize the land, trees etc. I never understand why the Owners do not clean the junk out before showing. Disappointed. If we were 45 may be worth the project, but not in my 60’s. Good luck to Owners.

I would inquire about roof ( looks good) plumbing, electrical, etc. Does it have central heating and air conditioning. Small bathrooms for a 6000 sq ft house. I have a 5300 sq ft house and my bathrooms are not small. So all new bathrooms, kitchen. Are windows, new functional etc. is there sufficient lighting throughout the house. Is the outside of the house stone, concrete, stucco. Does this need to be updated. The drive where a car is parked looks like it needs to be completed redone. I see a stone wall, they may be in need of repair. Is there any fencing, irrigation. Drainage issues. etc.I can go on and on. I think you said the house is about 200 years old, if yes, do renovations needs to be approved by the town/commune etc. Does the area warrant a house with a major renovation with regards to pricing. Is this a good buy with investment value and potential as a single family home. Are there other sales and homes in the area at this price. I know many people buy on emotion or based on emotion. From a business and investment concerns this would be my discussion with my husband. Different to comment when Owners are right there while you are filming. Thanks for the video.
