India is no dar al haram, it is dar al kufr, where the residents are non-muslims. Kafir is not abuse word, tHe speaker is confused and has no knowledge of islam Mushrik is one who does shirk i. e. polytheism belief in more than one creator Allah god. Jihad is struggle for the sake of Allah, spreading the true and complete concept of islam, not killing of non Muslims.
