After 50 years of carpentry, I've learned that good tools make a HUGE difference. The same TRUTH applies to log splitters. The SuperSplit is FUN, FAST, and QUIET.

So glad to see you again! I just rewatched your door hinge adjustment this weekend to adjust a door. Thanks!

Hey! I have an older super split I picked up used and dead and rebuilt everything. I put a 7hp Robin motor on it and the thing splits faster than I can keep up with, I absolutely love it and couldn’t live without it! I love that it’s made in the US and I can easily still get parts for it also, they’re a great company. BTW your pre hung door installation and hinge adjustment videos have been an immense help to me recently, they’re extremely well done and easy to follow. I just want to say thank you!! Enjoy your Super Split, it’s a beauty!🙌🏻

Honda and Robin are the two best small engine makers imo nothing rivals Japanese engineering.

And if I cranked the rpms up it will go faster. But I'm a believer in the "slow is smooth, smooth is fast" philosophy.

Same model as yours. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and the belts are starting to fray on the outside of the belts. Any ideas? Otherwise, works great.

Great video! Is that the Model J or the HD model? We’ve been looking for one. If it’s good enough for you, ifs good enough for me!

It's the Model J. For my personal use, I couldn't see getting the HD model. I kinda feel I went overboard and could have bought a splitter for 1k less, easily, but...

It's a beautiful tool, too bad Americans forgot how to make those engines - it's worrisome. We need to make America great again.

Agreed. But at least the splitter is MIA, and made well, too.
