This episode really made me cry. I love the way Dina tried her best, and when she found out that there was nothing she could do, she looked so disappointed in herself. When the music started playing it really got to me, Mateo is my favourite character by far and I cannot wait for season 6

her growth was one of the most endearing to watch since it felt realistic. she was still a corporate suckass but her unrealized love for her friends outgrew that; slowly but surely. dina taking in sandra and the other outcasts under her wing (hehe bird pun) for the final season was the pinnacle of her growth. i used to be confused why people love dina so much, it took me a while to understand why. best character in the show

This episode was just SO WELL DONE. Regardless of political affiliation, SuperStore put the issue of undocumented workers front and center without being preachy or sanctimonious. Definitely one of my favorite episodes, and along with the Tornado episode of Season 2, the best season finale.

Everyone was trying protect him and I was also expecting him to get out of the store because it's like the plan was working at first but when Dina said that "I don't know".. I just cried.. It's amazing that such a funny show can be so intense in this scene. "Wanna start a union?" when Amy and Jonah were kinda angry at each other and realize that can be at least one good reason to stand together on the same side. I love this show and nearly every character. They are nearly all perfect in their roles. I need season 6 on Netflix!

This episode had me crying. It was so well written. I love how EVERYTHING came together. Dina is probably the best friend that you want. She's TRUE. Nothing fake about her up until she knew she couldn't save Meteo. I love Dina's character.

There's a popular chocolate bar in the Philippines named Cloud 9. There's also a fairly well known lover's hotel on top of a hill called Cloud 9. If they ever want to film a scene with Mateo living a life in the Philippines only to be reminded of the superstore, those are two top choice product placements to do it with.

@@r4dius. I guess for following along with the her dating Jeff rumour and accidentally revealing Jeff and Mateo's relationship. But if you trace it back more, it's Mateo's fault for making up the rumour just so Dina wouldn't take out her anger on him, so he screwed himself. Edit: I just got farther in the series, and I think it's more because of Sandra's idea to start a union, but that did come out of Carol being salty about Jerry and Amy and Jonah taking too long to confess.

I think why a lot of people now find Amy unlikable is her ark after season 3 is rlly subtly done. She has a lot of annoying manager scenes but if you analyse it properly she’s putting on an act for the other workers so she can protect them from the true dangers of unionising and corporate because she has a better understanding of those topics now. Eventually though she just says screw it, let’s unionise because she realises that she can’t protect her workers anymore.
