Konica's problem is that they removed the ability to install their printers with a static IP. I get No option to input an IP, only to search on print ques, which is pointless. The old 300 was no problem, enter the IP and shazam. NOW, you CAN'T enter an IP, you can only choose printers from a list, and my printer isn't on the Konica list.

I have never encountered a situation on a konica minolta where i couldn't assign a static IP. Not sure if you are either not explaining your issue correctly or just not looking at the right place. At this point i recommend having a KM service provider step in for further troubleshooting. Good Luck!

I did same settings and Data cable RJ45 light also blinking but Its not pinging from network and It also not taking Auto IP. I given manual thats not pinging. whats solutoin?

hmm, not an easy one unfortunately. Many things can be causing this from issues with your router, modem, switch, copier firmware, copier controller board, and many more.......not a common issue that's for sure...... Best option for you might be to call an Authorized Konica Minolta service provider to assist you further. good luck
