To clarify op's comment they don't mean 'tar is bad in a way he sucks is just that in this lvl 4/5 meta we are in he just won't get things done because he has to build more momentum than lets say Urshifu for example. Is not bad Zeraora level but utterly outclassed by Zacian, Urshifu and Machamp to minor degrees in the allrounders cast.

For Tryranitar, He can jump to people and have the sandstorm. If you have sandstorm. It is probably great to have hybrid or go green with lifesteal. Or even both. Can be tanky enough to take hits and still deal damage and stay healthy. That is probably what I would have done. Not sure what is the recommendations. I usually go that route in mobas and not afraid to go in because it is hard to kill me.
