Anybody in here hating on GOATA: do it for 3 months & if you entire body isnt changed then you can talk shit. If you’re not willing to do that, you shouldn’t really speak about it not working or being a sham. I’m not affiliated with GOATA in anyway & have been working w a coach off & on for over a year & I’ve literally never felt better in my life. I went from unable to get through a single day without lower back pain, completely unable to even jog, everything I did hurt to being able to do virtually anything & play any sport at a competitive level with no pain at all and endurance beyond people half my size. It’s amazing. It takes work & consistency literally multiple times a day every day for several months & eventually it becomes more just maintenance. It took 6 months for me to be able to jog safely within the GOATA shapes & now I’ll never have pain again. Like I said, if you haven’t done it…idk why you’re saying it doesn’t work.

I was told about it today. I’m a pretty elite athlete… 5’9”, 200 lbs, run mid 4.6’s on my 40, etc… was told about this today, unfortunately at the end of a plyometric exercise, but I implemented some of this stuff and it totally made sense! Love these guys

Hello there, how do we integrate these patterns and exercice into our "athletic" training, I mean say today I train these movements and tomorrow I go running and playing basketball, what would be a good approach ?

@higheron6076

So think of integrating these patterns like developing habits. To develop a habit you have to give yourself some time to establish it, same with the patterns. Make sure you're getting constant stimulation with these movement patterns throughout your day so when you go to play basketball you don't have to think about it. The movement patterns become an unconscious habit so you can stay injury/pain free

Their word usage can be tough to accept at first but I swear by mf Goata for knee pain. If you read this and are angry because it challenges most of what you know, I get it. I was there too. It was grating against my belief system. BUT, you must try it and keep an open mind, as with everything. If after 1 month you feel it’s not for you, then move on, but you must try.
