Supertramp should be recognized by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Still waiting for EVEN IN THE QUIETEST MOMENTS to finally get a proper vinyl re-release. This band was all over radio in Canada in the 70s! CRIME OF THE CENTURY achieved Diamond (!) certification here in Canada years ago as did BREAKFAST IN AMERICA. Thanks for posting.

As brilliant as the songwriters Rick and Roger were, and as wonderful on the woodwind instruments John was, and as great of a drummer Bob was....this band would be lost without the magnificent bass playing of Dougie. What a legend and HIGHLY under-rated. Awesome. He works so hard in the background and his brilliant bass brings it all together.

These guys should have been there along time ago, great musicians and fantastic stories weaved into some of the greatest songs by a great band, your Bloody Well Right 👍😎

Was Lucky Enough See Supertramp 2 Nites in a row At The Fabulous Forum In LA!!! Back in the 70s. Simply Stellar!!! Then At The LA Sports Arena all In The 70s!!!i Incredible!!!! Then Went To See Roger Hodgson as a Solo Artist and his Band in 1998 and Saw and met him in The Parking Lot at The Galaxy Concert Theater!!! In Santa Ana Cal , turned around after getting out of My Car and there he was all by himself walking thru the parking Lot, I yelled out Roger and scared him! And said Hi !! It was Me and My Wife!! And I said I saw Supertramp at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium!! Then he walked over to Us!!! He was so Nice and Shook Our Hands and said ThankYou!!!! Will never forget how Nice He was After I sacred Heckout Of Him, And Then He Thanked Us for coming to see him! A Way Cool Guy!!!

After years in the wilderness with their earliest albums (Supertramp in 1970 and Indelibly Stamped 1971), finally Crime of the Century, Crisis What Crisis and Even in the Quietest Moments were filled with excellently recorded witty songs. While it was a huge commercial success I felt less attached to Breakfast in America. This, I think, is the band at their creative height, before Hodgson and Davies starting bickering about credits for songs. They worked that Solina string synth hard! Great concert--thanks for posting it.
