Great reaction! Supertramp has lots of good music! I see others have listed several of their bigger hits, and i would suggest The Logical Song live.

These guys were groundbreaking when they first came out. Had a ton of hits. Try "The Logical Song", "School" or "The Crime Of The Century". All great. There are many more

Supertramp is a great English rock band formed in 1969. They had so many hit songs in the 70's-80's such as "Dreamer", "Give A Little Bit", "Goodbye Stranger", "The Logical Song", "Breakfast In America", "Rudy", "Take The Long Way Home", "School", "Bloody Well Right", "My Kind Of Lady", "Cannonball", "I'm Beggin' You", "You Win, I Lose" etc.

Agreed - over half their tracks are really top tracks.

Try some earlier albums, in particular Crime of the Century, Crisis What Crisis?, and Even in the Quietest Moments.

Yeah, their back catalogue is better, though this isn't too bad. agree with bazkeen.

An interesting choice to begin your journey through Supertramp, later in their careers and not one of their best songs, imo, though like most of their music still very very good! My suggestion to you for this band would be to begin with the album "Crime of The Century" and react to each of the seven tracks as they are all excellent. The first track is called "School" and it would be a great place for you to begin your Supertramp education!!

So another tip (a response to you later in your verbal comments, after I sent that 1st comment, you wondered if the reason it was familiar was because it was in a movie OST) - use an AI to answer the very things you ponder aloud - I sent it your question verbatim, and it gave these answers, plus web references if I don't believe it (most LLMs speak out of their A's) I bet you remember it from (3) (don't think I've watched any of this), I couldn't stomach 1,2,4 at all - no idea at all what (5) is about :- 1. The Office (US): Featured in Season 4, Episode 10 titled "Branch Wars." 2. The Simpsons: Included in the episode titled "The Last Temptation of Homer." 3. The Secret Life of Us: Used in this Australian drama series. 4. The Big Bang Theory: Featured in an episode during the series run. 5. The Goldbergs: Included in one of the episodes, reflecting the nostalgic themes of the show.
