It feels like other characters who have done much worse are much more easily forgiven than she is. Some seem to resent that she's a flawed leader, when I think those flaws enhance her as a character. It's especially confusing because Lanolin's perceptions were manipulated by Mimic to make others like Silver and Whisper look like they're picking on the newbie, Duo. I can clearly see this as Lanolin just being biased in favor of being overprotective of the new guy while believing that the veterans should know better, especially considering her backstory. I've been in a lot of fandoms, and I've noticed that fans seem to dislike when they see a character, especially a leader, have flaws, even consistent flaws that make sense for the character, and a villain takes advantage of those flaws. Since you've been on the writing side AND the fandom side, I suppose my question is... Why do you think this happens? 33:49 - Zonic the Zone Cop has a child with someone from Mobius! Which way does gravity pull the baby? Towards the floor, like his mother? Towards the wall, like his father? For the question @ 32:08 i can give the main reason people dont like Lanolin (i personally am neutral to her character edging on the negative) its because throughout most of her first big story she ignored and dismissed her team mates and those who are more experienced then her. Along side that she didn't really act like a leader, a leader is meant to listen to both sides but she only took Duo's (aka Mimic's) side. Obviously i and others dont expect her to just immediately turn on Duo, but never did she once question why both Whisper and Silver belived Duo was Mimic. It felt unnatural to readers for Lanolin to be ether that stupid to never question Duo at all or that nieve to be that trusting to someone she's just met and thats being accused of being Mimic by Whisper. She inexperienced i get that and im not saying her being trick by mimic is bad, but if felt like it was to easy for her to be tricked. Tldr: people think Lanolin was tricked to easily and ignored her team mates to quickly for her being tricked to be believable.

Lanolin: So you decided to harass a teammate? Whisper, roughly grabbing onto Lanolin: I'm not waiting for- Lanolin punches Whisper, knocking her to the ground: Silver is one thing. You and I are solders! Control yourself! If there's a problem, we need to discuss it as a team! Whisper kicks out Lanolin's feet, and they start to fight. Yeah, Lanolin is inexperienced, but you have to understand - she did try and talk it out, Whisper wasn't listening, and it was Whisper who turned violent and decided to start attacking Lanolin.

I really hope there is more backstory to Shadow the Hedgehog. Like there is a massive amount of backstory to uncover about the Robotnik family. I really think that Android Shadow(s) should be a link to human beings in the US that contained information that was under G.U.N, but is in someway to connect Shadow through controlled Shadow Androids piloted by young college students in a military base. Android Shadows that of course could be targeted by Eggman, but the greatest risk would be Shadow the Hedgehog themselves or getting Eggman to work with the college students to modify the Shadow Androids to not be obvious that they are Shadow Androids. But I think it should start with Regular model Shadow Androids piloted by college students and trying to find a way to relay a message, but are limited by the hardware of the old models. If this can be a IDW issue and a slight reference to Power Rangers/Sentai, it will mean so much to me as Abraham Towers can be the providers of gadgets that can control the Shadow Androids. It will trigger some dark memories in Shadow and Wisper, but the pilots would of course express in body posture in a way that Shadow Androids before didn’t as they are not trying to be on the bad side of Mobians.

From what I see of the games, Amy and Shadow's relationship is neutral. They don't hate each other but they don't really like each other either, they're not the type of characters to hang out together. Also, is Tailstube renewed?

To Ian Flynn: Imagine that you have been tasked with making a five season sonic tv show that will air on CN within the following guidelines: each season will have 26 episodes with seasons 1, 2, and 3 having their own crossover episode with season 1 having Sonic getting stuck in MegaMan's reality, season 2 Having Sonic go to the mushroom kingdom and help Mario stop Bowser and Eggman, and season 3 will have Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Team Dark helping the Wattersons, Penny Fitzgerald, And Carrie Kruger from The Amazing World of Gumball stop Dr. Eggman who became the mayor of Elmore and made the townsfolk embrace the horrible people they truly are after a depraved speech (and let's make Shadow and Penny have a father-daughter relationship because why not.) and each season will have a famous fan character as the main antagonist for each season which goes as follows: Aeon from Final Fantasy Sonic X (and also Dr. Eggman as his superior because you have to include Eggman) will be introduced in the first season and will serve as another one of Sonic's rivals because he can't get enough of those apparently. Bedlam from Sonic Stop Motion Adventure will be introduced in the second season as the Chaos Monitor and will try to kill Sonic and his friends (and Eggman) for overusing the Chaos emeralds and will be good foreshadowing for Season 3"s villain, which reminds me. Nazo from Sonic: Nazo Unleashed will make his appearance in the third season as the consequence for overusing the Chaos Emeralds. Seelkadoom From Sonic RPG will make himself known in the fourth season after the season 3 cliffhanger foreshadowed Eggman working on a creature made from Sonic's DNA, Shadow's DNA, and whatever was left of Nazo. And finally, The last villain of the series is Lord X from Sonic PC Port, who served as the narrator for the entire show has made his demented intentions known at the end of the fourth season by revealing his face setting his plan in motion which leads to the destruction of the multiverse that left Sonic's world and the worlds he went to during the crossovers as the last realities (which are getting poisoned by Lord X's world). Can Sonic and all of the friends he made along the way (plus Eggman, Aeon, and Bedlam) stop this toxic fan? (PS, all of the other CN characters are dead (excluding the Wattersons, Penny, and Carrie.) during the events of the final season and the main characters are trying to set off a genesis wave with the help of Majin sonic to undo the destruction Lord X caused.) I'm not sure if the bumblekast can see this question... BUT I HAVE TO TRY!! Ok, this hypothetical would probably be simple in terms of how out there others are, but here it is. What if witnessing how everyone lives are better after The Super Genesis Wave, sonic, tails and amy (and probably nicole??) agree to never tell the rest of the Freedom Fighters about the Universe Reset, leaving only of three of them including eggman to keep their memories of Pre-boot Archie, how bad will this go?
