Fun fact, we won't see the booty warriors go after Doctor Doom for the sheer fact that for all the bad he does, he does a lot of good too. Latveria has no crime, no homelessness, is free from disease, every latverian is given a free education (because Doom recognizes that education is important), and everyone has some kind of job. In fact, bro even makes sure that mutants are treated well in his country unlike other countries. His people love him willingly, and without him, Latveria would be absolutely awful. Dude has also been instrumental in saving the world, and sometimes the universe multiple times. Doom also is only trying to take over the world because he feels that it's the only way to save it from self destruction.
