Love 💘 it!!! My 50 lbs Speed dummy = reps , conditioning, super fun!!! Late nights I dance around the thing with all ties & body positions, pummel it,, transitions, knees, elbows, head control/butts, couple chokes, lifts, load the throws,, and strikes to off balance or off balance to striking it, sweep it, trip it, Ground mobility & G & P all lightly. Against wall all basic hand strikes, long range kicks, unattached knees, striking entries, strips/runs G & P against wall. Fun fun - Shhhh be w ery vv ery quiet 🤫 ha now mobility & band strength stretch and go chill out until sleepy 💤 time.

Loving all the dummy content. What weight is the standard dummy I’ve seen you use in your older videos JO? Was it 40kg too? I’m getting close to buying one with the code but still kinda unsure what weight dummy I should be getting. I’m around 74kg for reference

Awesome! Thanks for your interest... The old black vinyl dummy was 30kg (66lbs) but this new leather dummy is 40kg, pretty much 90lbs! Believe it or not, I didn't experience a noticable difference in weight. I actually did another workout later that night and threw it about 100 times. What I did notice is it is much taller than the 30kg dummy (better) and I thought the distribution of weight was better, more in the upper body than lower. The 30kg is only 63" and the 40kg is 68"... I am 66" tall and 82kg and prefer the 40kg because it is taller and I also felt that I mastered the 30kg one pretty fast in terms of handling weight. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hey I really enjoyed the content of this video. I just happen to be in the market for a grappling dummy. I was hoping to get your opinion on why you chose the dummy with legs oppose to the stump dummy? Who do you think would favor the stump dummy over legs? Thanks in advance.

Hi Juan. Thanks for your message. Dummy with legs have more versatility to practice leg attacks and throws. The stump is primarily designed for throwing and has a more responsive reaction to bounce off mat. At the moment, all dummy with legs are available for immediate shipping, however 3 stumps are on back order from Bulgaria. 2 weeks later, but get the suples one. Way better quality too. Leather feels much nicer (in terms of quality) than vinyl.
