Hello friends! I am sharing this video based upon a lot of requests from my viewers regarding this topic. In this video, I am sharing about the approach I take with my clients when I create a supplementation plan for them. The most important thing is to eat a clean diet (AIP is ideal) and also make modifications to your lifestyle. Supplements can then additionally provide much needed nutrients in the right doses to the body to strengthen the body's foundations. But it is always best to work closely with a functional medicine professional or a nutritional therapist to then determine what supplements would be best for you and to monitor your progress. To make an appointment with me, please send an email to cook2nourish@gmail.com
