You can get resveratrol in Japanese knotweed. It's misleading to say one would have to drink 10-100 cups of wine. $$ but then people would t make as much money if they were honest about herbs.

I am sharing the mathematical equation of converting the amount of reseveratrol in a typical supplement to what is available in a cup of wine. Hope this helps!

I was diagonised with several fibroids, and I was given folic acid, Ferrous sulphate and oral contraceptives which contains levonorgestrel bp 0.15mg and ethinylestadiol bp 0.03mg how do these medicines help to reduce my fibroids? I have been having heavy periods for more than two weeks, am 52 years can I just wait for my menopause for them to shirink wants you advise?

Thank you doc for sharing the link for fibroids management, and I want to state that after one month of taking contraceptive pills, my next period was so painful with big clots but the fibroids reduced slightly. He offered UFE but I have heard it changed your oxygen levels. I want to fix things from the root. I already take vitamin d plus K 5 units. I took dim yesterday and I am thinking of continuing to take the myoinositol or partial amt.
