PEA cut my pain in half. A few times I have stopped and I ended up feeling like I was 200 years old. Now I will never stop again. Before I acquired CFS/ME I had Fibromyalgia, and I was in enormous all-body pain. I started on PEA and suddenly I could walk with my dog again and one day while walking I was brought to tears of joy that I could walk again pain free with my best friend. I take 800mgs twice a day. I buy it from a compounding pharmacy.

This video showed up for me as I often watch reviews of pre workout drinks and PEA is in some to elevate mood and apparently reduce pain for harder workouts. Many claim it makes them very happy. I'm sure reducing chronic pain increases mood but curious if you felt happier on this and more focused?
@chronicjillness3324 ай бұрын
That's interesting! I haven't noticed a difference in my mood, but it's hard to tell for sure. I've heard that some anti-inflammatory substances can help with depression by reducing inflammation in the brain, so perhaps PEA is similar?
@chrisdonnell25754 ай бұрын
@@chronicjillness332 Maybe. This week adding home made yogurt to the mix. Apparently saurkraut has lactic acid in it just like apple cider vinegar which is compound that supposedly reduces post meal glucose levels so going to be eating that as well. Good luck on your wellness can't imagine feeling so bad it would impact ability to enjoy your kids. God bless! I would try Dr Yu's niacin plus sauna detox. Years ago I had vertigo come out of nowhere and it was debilitating went to many Dr's and NONE could help me so got blood tests read it myself saw elevated mercury levels which initially I got rid of through IV chelation but cost + time was prohibitive so learned of niacin and sauna and used that to get all the mercury out it worked never felt it again. Our bodies store heavy metals and toxins in our fat cells and this busts them open and then we can get rid of sweating them out over time takes 2-6 weeks. This might help you and others not to mention infrared penetrates an inch or two inside body and I find it also heals muscles after heavy lifting so should also heal non lifters as well!

Presumably youve tried both megadose B1/thiamine and low dose naltrexone ?
@chronicjillness332 Жыл бұрын
Hmmm, I haven't tried the megadose thing. Have you tried it? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. I'm familiar with LDN, although I haven't tried it myself because it's incompatible with some of my other meds. Also because my energy and pain have improved for other reasons. Though it's an important medication, so I'll probably make a video on LDN in the future.

@@chronicjillness332 I don't have CFS btw ,but those two are the ones I've heard help the most people I'm pretty sure EO nutrition on KZbin , hormones matter blog for B1 are the places to look for the receipts And there are several good books for LDN Both could possibly fix you completely, although B1 could potentially only need a few weeks,LDN would most likely be need to be taken forever

I had chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia for about 10 years and some days I was in so much pain and fatigue that I didn't get out of bed for hours, waiting as long as I could to start the day. I also wasn't sleeping well and often woke up with a headache that seemed to go with my other symptoms. Then I ran across some research about high-dose thiamin (B1) and it's brain-repair ability. It also apparently could be a cure for fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, chronic fatigue and could treat and sometimes reverse all dementia symptoms for those who had early Parkinsons. So I started using the dosages suggested for this brain repair vitamin (B1). Within about 2 weeks 90% of my symptoms were gone and I continue to use high-dose thiamine to ward off this "illness" I had. To be honest I think Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia is simply a vitamin B1 deficiency. Here is the protocol I use and you can order these supplements on Amazon. In the morning at breakfast time, take these 3 supplements: 6,000-10,000 mg of vitamin D3, 1 pill of vitamin K2 (the mg dosage is not important), and 1000 mg of vitamin B1 (Benfotiamine). The type of vitamin B1 is important if you want healing from this chronic deficiency which is causing your symptoms. Benfotiamine (vitamin B1) is a fat-soluble B1 which is easily absorbed through your intestinal wall and into your brain. Other types of vitamin B1 are water-soluble and won't work as well. Use the fat-soluble vitamin B1 only (Benfotiamine). Take 1,000 mg a day of this fat-soluble vitamine B1. Usually people who develop chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are slowly developing a deficiency of B1 over many years and don't realize it. Then at night-time, take 2 pills of a magnesium supplement about 1 hour before bedtime. The magnesium works with the vitamin D3, K2, and B1 to help repair the brain from an extended deficiency of B1 and the problems associated with it. Do not drink caffeinated beverages or alcohol while doing this protocol because both of these substances will deplete B1 and interfere with brain healing. Instead drink lots of water (not soda) or herbal tea. Also remember you must take the first three supplements in the morning with a little bit of fatty food at breakfast and do not ever take the first three at night time. If you do the biochemical process that the body goes through to utilize these morning vitamins will not happen correctly and can interfere with deep sleep if taken too late in the day. Also take a general B vitamin supplement in the morning (if possible) but make sure the pantothenic acid in the supplement is very low. This B vitamin (pantothenic acid) is often too high in most multi-vitamin supplements and will cause sleeplessness at night time if it is above about 50 mg. If you also have restless leg syndrome along with sleeplessness, and these other chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, sleep apnea, etc, use a plant-based iron supplement such as a beet-root powder every day. The benefit of using a plant-based iron supplement (beet-root powder) is that the iron found in plants is found as a much smaller particle than supplemental iron found in pills. Often the body can not absorb the iron found in pills because the molecules (clumps) are too large for the cells to absorb correctly. Beetroot powder is probably the best natural iron supplement in the world. An iron deficiency in the brain leads to restless leg syndrome. Sometimes restless leg syndrome can be reversed almost immediately (within a couple of hours) after taking beetroot powder in some water as soon as you experience symptoms at night time. To prevent restless leg syndrome, beetroot powder along with the brain-repair vitamins (vitamin D3, K2, and B1 -Benfotiamine, and magnesium) should be taken every day. @@chronicjillness332

Thank you for your video. Could PEA help my son please?? My 12 year old son is on the autism spectrum. He has been suffering from severe chronic neck pain for 3 years. 5 years ago, he started saying "I feel dizzy in the neck" pointing at the back of the neck. The pain has become worse and more regular over the time. The pain causes recurring sickness episodes. - Episodes lasts about a week. Then he is a bit better for 4 days. Then sick again. Sickness is very intense in its severity and regular like a clockwork. - Pain causes yelling, frustration, crying, hitting own head and aggression(violent attacks) towards family members. - He lies in bed a lot in the day. (He is homeschooled) - The heat in the sun and shower seem to help the pain. - Sometimes difficulty in sleeping due to the pain in the neck - Developmental issues in speech, social skills, fine motor skills for writing and other activities like cleaning own teeth, basic self care skills, chewing non food objects and poor awareness We have done various tests and these are usual routine tests for autistic children in for biomedical treatments. Blood tests, organic acid tests, stool tests, hair analysis tests for heavy metals, parasite tests, lime and other bacterial tests, food allergy and sensitivity tests and a pyrrole test have been done. Also, mycotoxin tests for mold revealed my son has mycotoxins and he is on high quality binders and other supplements. He is on extensive supplementation under the guidence of his autism doctors. Despite this, there has been NO improvement for the neck pain and the doctors haven't found any link between his neck pain and his biomedical conditions which have been/are being dealt with daily. Could PEA help my son?
@chronicjillness332 Жыл бұрын
That sounds absolutely awful. I'm so sorry your son is going through this, and you, too. It's hard to be a carer and to watch a loved one suffer. I'm not a doctor and I can't give out medical advice. That said, PEA has been found to help with a wide variety of types of pain, so it might be worth a try (under his doctor's supervision). PEA doesn't work for everybody, but for some it does provide substantial relief. Just be sure to consult with the doctor about it. I hope he finds some relief soon x
