Hey Ryki, good to hear from you brother. Are you talking about protein? If so, yea I’d still shoot for 1g/pound of bodyweight. It looks like depending on the alcohol type (beer mostly) our MPS can drop down by 40% for a couple of hours. High protein would definitely help around this time 💪🏻💯
