Stealing more than than 850! The absent mother paid 1000.00 a month and he was ordered to pay for medical expenses as a part of the child support agreement. He didn't have his son, signed over rights to his mom, and was not only taking the mothers child support, but also not paying his own support for his child! I’m in the military and my mom kept my dog for me while I was on sea duty and I sent my mom money every month, in addition to paying for her food. The money was for my dog and for my mom to use on whatever she wanted. I have my dog but I still send my mom money so she can get stuff for herself. Same with my dad. When I go home I always treat my parents to dinner, purchase their groceries if we go shopping. Try and pay a bill. They didn’t have to keep and take care of my dog. Like how is this guy not grateful that his mom is caring for his son?

Wow this was rough to watch. That thing about the home really hit me hard cause my family lost our home in 08. It devastated my mom, I tried so hard to help but my mom and I just couldn’t keep up. With a son like that, I would hsvr a hard time raising my grandson in my older years. I would visit my grandson. Take the child on trips etc but my son and the mother would have to pay a nanny and they would have to raise the child not me. Clearly, he’s taking advantage of his mother. Also if he does the same as his ex, shouldn’t his support be about $1,000 per month? That would mean, he owes his mom $72,000 in back support, and should also be ordered to reimburse her for any medical she has paid in the past 3 years. His tax returns should be requested to verify his income. I know this is a reenactment, but I certainly hope the real Mother in this case, takes the son to court for verification of his income, and to request past support. Her son has been playing her for 3 years. And while his Dad was living, he was playing both of them.

I concur. I would take his a-- back and file for a subpoena for his income taxes in the last 3 years, take him back to child support court, get reimbursements for the medical coverage or take him another court to sue him for it and sue him for loosing the home. Then take him to family court to have full custody of the child with visitation rights. Things would be very tight with him. In addition, I would get CPS involved and filed for child neglect.
