Mr. Murphy helps create Emmy award winners because of the hard/challenging roles they play and come out amazing actors. Just see Sarah Paulson before AHS & her transformation throughout the years. Nothing is robbed, if you learned. Don’t piss on the golden goose, it might not give you an opportunity like that to carry with you for the rest of your life and lifetime!

Don't get me wrong, this Emmy is very well deserved, but it blows my mind how Evan won the Emmy for this role and never even received a nomination for AHS.
