I have the same bag for my unsuppressed 10/22. I carry a S&W, M&P .22 in the top pocket, with three extra mags. I carry several boxes of ammo in the bottom pocket. Carry several mags for the rifle between the barrel, and the buttstock inside. I also have two PC9's I carry in black bags. My Security 9 fits in the upper pocket with two mags, more ammo in the bottom pocket, and several more mags inside the bag. I love the 9mm because of the interchangeable mags for the rifle and pistol. Lots of fun to shoot, and quite accurate. The only problem I ever had was when I was knocking firewood that I had setting on an embankment. I was about 50 yards back when either a round ricochet past my right ear, or a piece of shale did. Kinda spooky, so I change where I was standing.

The tennis ball container is cool but if you want to step it up, use a black pvc 3"-4" tube (whatever fits in the sleeves) with screw-on caps sort of like a Cache to bury or hide in a SHTF situation. You can stash anything from ammo/medical supplies/rations/anti-biotics etc.

I was wondering why your 1X was so far to the rear. I use my 1X as a red-dot with two eyes open for a wider field of view and to range-in also at distant. Originally I wasn't a big fan of the Magpul X-22 BackPacker Stock but it has grown on me basically because the ultra-lite weight, paired with the Tac-Sol SBX Barrel you'd be hard pressed to find an existing set-up that is functional, ultra-lite, looks good, and fits the profile of a Back-Pack rifle. I added a Magpul MOE Bi-Pod (M-Lok) for Bench/Target shooting which can easily be removed.

The dividers in the stock storage area can be removed for larger items to be stored and the last two magazines need to face bottom up so as to fit correctly into the last two slots.

Very nice build, but if you have to put it together anyway, how time consuming is to charge the weapon with the bolt anyway ? Leaving the bolt open eventually will wear out your bolt return spring - it might take years - but it will happen - they're 'different' than magazine springs - and those are a topic for another day and much more time. ; ) .........

Nice set-up but you really shouldn't keep any spring under pressure/tension for an extended period of time, this includes your firing mechanism. The steel may be spring tempered but it's not a magical material and will, in time. affect the spring.

Patrick Morris maybe. It has D-rings on the back for straps. You could attach those to molle if you want. Nothing more secure

Yea. Those are old videos when I didn't have a good camera for range use. Now getting to the range is hard as well. I'm working on b-roll type footage for all my guns to redo since of these videos
