Once all that was clear we couldn’t get a range day booked where it could be just us so we didn’t have people shooting in the back ground. Then fall and winter is my busy season so we put it off till late winter early spring and two ice storms came in and dropped trees everywhere. Hurt my back at work at the end of winter so couldn’t clear the range till a few weeks ago. So not that we were not trying do videos but was just one thing after another. Now we are waiting on ammo prices since we do all of this out of pocket just to give some data to the public and we have fun on the range. @toddmagee67225 жыл бұрын
We’re going change that up a bit now that the KeyMicro is released. On SBRs and higher firing schedules, use the brake. Limit the use of the flash hider to lighter use. It’s good for users to know that a flash hider focuses the blast to a degree on the blast baffle and can increase erosion if mag dumping or rolling with sustained rapid fire. That’s when a brake will add considerable life to the suppressor. Expect a more official update to website soon on this.

Hi Ryan. Kudos to Tim for being far better looking than I am on camera, but I'm afraid he was misinformed on this (my fault). The large brake is just too long to fit within our "small socket" suppressors (Wolfman, Wolf-9SD, Ghost-M). It was my intent to have it work out that way, but it compromised the optimized design of the Wolfman to have to build around it. The rifle flash hider will work fine, however. We'll be officially instructing the use the Micro Brake for SBRs or high volume shooting.

@@SuppressedNation I'm trying to find a multi-use 9mm can for 350 legend and 308 and 300 blk. It needs to be 308 rated for when the 8.6 blackout comes out. But then, that might not have nearly the blast as a short 308. The case volume will be cut by 1/4, so maybe it'll work out just fine. Obviously with subs it's not an issue, but with supers on a 12.5" it's a toss up. I like the wolfman as it's even 9x39 rated (diameter) nice if I ever try that out (too wide for most 9mm cans). A 10mm can might be nice, but they're just not plentiful or versatile, but only the wolfman has that 2 tier construction with allowance for a wipe to really make the 8.6 movie quiet (likely won't use it, but cool feature). The going alternative that makes sense is the hybrid 46, so I can go as high as 45 raptor, or 375 raptor, for a big brother large frame 300 blk type upgrade. But the wolfman has more features and seems to be quieter by reputation. Both have allowances for QD, both are medium weight and reasonably affordable and have endcaps to make the sound better per caliber so a 1 can solution makes sense. I'm not made of money ;)
