When I made that comment, I had already had the one I wanted on back order and was just complaining a bit, but I fully understand that SilencerShop can only move as fast as the other companies produce and deliver them, so it’s not all on them. However, I have been waiting for over a week now after signing docs and they still haven’t started the eForms yet at all, so just playing the pre-waiting game there, before it moves on to the actual wait time with the ghey fed bois. Guess this is pretty understandable too with the recent massive surge/uptick in orders placed not just on suppressors, but through SilencerShop specifically, so they’re likely swamped with work each week lol. If only we could just get rid of all this absolutely unconstitutional nonsense and make suppressors just another firearm component we could order or buy at our local gun stores without dealing with all of this…

i spoke with an ATF rep and asked them about single shot trust and she told me it doesn't effect the median wait time of 150 days since its still a trust. I asked her if there's any sort of sped up process it goes to since its a SST and she said no. Don't fall for the SST "fast approvals" because its not true. People who got their trust approved quickly are people who are already in their system.

Form 3 transfer to your local dealer. They are taking 3 weeks or so.

They say approvals are a few days but I certified as individual 2 weeks ago... definitely not a few days approval. Call them! That's way too long and mine only took a day or two for eforms reviewed and everything

Dude it happened to me that msg, it's scary you have no idea what's happening for 3 weeks asking "when will you file the Form 3 so you can ship to my dealer" no answer...then 3 weeks later my dealer says "hey I just got a shipment from Silencershop & yours is in there" Keep checking with your dealer, ask them to check when it's coming from Silencershop, as soon as your dealer gets it, you can fill out your Form 4 online with your dealer (you have to be in person with your dealer for individual Form 4 but can be remote for a Trust Form 4, but now both are filed with eForms) So now it's just the waiting game with the ATF when I can take it home.

I just certified mine yesterday. Let’s see what happens. UPDATE: Got mine approved just under 24 hours!! I almost didn’t believe it lol. Certified on Wednesday at 1pm, approval email came in at 12pm on Thursday, and I picked it up this morning. Good luck y’all, the quick approvals are REAL!!

I don't have an associated serial number for my can yet because I do not physically have the can to even start a form 4 yet. Idk if ATF even knows about my order yet since I haven't submitted anything to them

i started a form 4 last year in November 2023, got in January 2024. 2 months was amazing at the time, must have been when they first started to ramp up. I also just did one in May 2024 and got it in 4 DAYS! lightning fast!! rumors are true

Thats because of ATF Form 3 transfer times, to ship the item to your dealer we need permission from the ATF first.

The problem with First In First Out is that it creates a hug drag, as soon as theres an issue with a form, all of the forms behind that one are delayed. With the new process that problem form is set aside.
