heey man! i read you were working on a 7mte + T guide. will that come out soon? or could you share some info with me? im looking to get all the gte bolt on parts for my 7mge. but leave the high compression pistons, and run in without oil squirters. to combat the detonation i want to get an intercooler kit from driftmotion. I dont want alot of power. somewhere between what a stock 7mge makes and what a stock gte makes would be nice. I just like the project, and the character of the build. do you think it can be done without opening the engine? i only need to take the engine out to get an oil line to the sump

Thick head gasket could also help to lower the compression ratio a bit

I think you’ll run into a heckton of detonation with such a high compression pistons... I think the only way to contrast it would be to go ethanol fuel or methanol injection but at that point it wouldn’t cost much less than a set of pistons... you might want to combine that to some super thick head gasket that would lower the compression ratio but then you might run into efficiency problems
