One of the panelist Shehzad Poonawalla said, "What is stopping the Congress Party from getting all the candidates' polling agents to give them Form 17C and putting it up." Sanjay Hegde said, "Form 17C data was being put on the website earlier. After people matched that data with other data and pointed out discrepancies, they stopped it....
