If marriage is not a master-slave relationship rather a partnership for family. Then why a woman, whose education was his parents' responsibility doing job is her ability, is liable to get paid by her husband while not contributing to the family ?

Because you chose to marry a non-working partner. Sometimes she was denied the opportunity to work under the pretext of taking care of husband and in-laws, other times husband ask her to leave her job to support his career and her career is spoilt due to not working for long time.

Pehle aurat ko shaadi karke promise Karo lifetime support ki, phir apne hisaab se usko chalao aur phir use auto chalane bolo. Gairat admiyon ki bhi utni hi zaroori hai, aur jinki gairat nahi hoti unko court force karti hai apni duty Puri karne ke liye. Tumlogon ko lagta hai tum hi akele bahut dimaag wale ho sabkuch karoge aurat ke saath phir asaani se chor kar nikal jaoge, lekin court tumhe apni jagah par laake rakh deti hai. Aukat ke hisaab se shaadi karni chahiye nahi to akele raho.

Why can't court do final settlement order rather than paying every month. Husband is appearing before court 3 to 4 times in a month for maintenance, DVC, 498a and divorce cases. In this process his job is lost unable to balance work activities. Many are loosing jobs because of this cases why employer is bothered about his personal life cases organization needs prodctivity. One time settlement is done he can take loan or something and clear out cases and settle tha matter both will be benifited. Husband can focus on career and both can settle in life rather than appearing before courts spoiling life, career, age. Because of this section both are loosing life any how both are not happy with marriage that is the reason came to court.
