It shouldn't have ever went to the Supreme court. Charges shoulda been thought out before brought. That's no one's fault. It's not a defense of the rioters. It's a defense for anyone who is wrongfully charged with crimes. So now more tax payer $(your $) has to be spent to bring the right charges and retry them. THAT will happen. At least it should
