What I don't understand in the interface (see by example 3:13) why there's in the facility popup screens no info available (by example below the textline "Max Possible output") about the "Actual Output" of the individual facility, as by example for that individual Ore Mine. And it seems there is in this game still has not a logistic model regarding the flow of international trade and shipping lines. Trade is still instantly teletransported across the world, making dat no merchant shipping, transshipment ports and inland logistic centers exists in the game that determine the maximum tonnage a country (depending on the capacity of the logistics centers) can send and receive per day. By example the Rotterdam port, being huge, resulting that the Netherlands can receive and sent very much international overseas trade, much more than it needs. The Netherlands makes a lot of money as a transit country, other nations as Germany or Switzerland use (buy) a part of the Rotterdam transshipment port capacity for their own international overseas trade.

You cannot see the actual output on a design because the design does not know where you will place it, the supply of the area, what your infrastructure spending will affect, etc. Actual output is affected by local variables that a design cannot predict. Yes, trade is instantly teleported. I don't think they have plans to expand the game to simulate trade routes. Would be neat though. In Galactic Ruler they created the need for trade to travel via ship from location to location; so it's definitely possible to do. They have the code and everything.

Yeah that could do it. But I believe this was on a 24 inch screen, which is standard for 1080p, which is the most common gaming resolution. That would be a massive self-debuff to shrink it down to something more like 19 inches in order to "fix" a moved UI element in a single game. And a lot more money overall.

Hopefully this is better than HOI4 modern dawn mod I'm playing to satiate my crave for modern grand strategy historical game. Superpower 3 was a garbage.

I've played the HOI series and SR series for a long time. In my personal opinion, HOI4 does not compare to the SR series in depth and capability. HOI4 is way more approachable to casual gamers though, as they dumbed it down a lot for accessibility. SR doesn't usually get those kinds of changes. It caters to a more hardcore audience like HOI3 did.
