Ingredients for Weekend Special Veg Combo:
For Coconut milk bread pulao:
2 tbsp Ghee
4 Green Cardamoms
1 tsp Cumin
½ Star Anise
6-7 Cloves
2 Inch Cinnamon
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
1 Onion slices
3 Green Chillies
Fry the Onions to Golden
15-20 Cashews
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Fry until raw smell leaves
1.5 cups Basmati Rice( 1 hour soaked)
Roast until water evaporate
Salt
Mint & Coriander Choppings
2.½ cups Coconut Milk
¼ cup Water
3 tbsp Ghee
12-15 Milk Bread cubes
Ingredients For Mushroom Baby Corn Curry:
Boil Water
Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric
½ cup Baby Corn
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
Small Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
4 Green Cardamoms
½ Bay Leaf
Fry 10 secs
1 Onion Slices
Fry for 2 mins
10 Badam
20 Cashews
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
3 Tomato Choppings
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Cumin
2 tsp Garlic Choppings
½ tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Water
1 Capsicum Cubes
¼ cup Water
1 cup Hot Water
Sprinkle Coriander
1 tbsp Crushed Coriander
