Being the best person you can be from your own standard, and the said standards ought to be high but not too high or you'll lead yourself to exhaustion. Do as many chores as possible to relieve your family of the stress and trouble, take care of what's available to you, give into responsibility and strength, anchor yourself in the conviction that you matter not and that you exist to give your all. In the face of adversity, fight back. To fight is not to be violent it is to oppose, it demands courage, strength and love, love for the person or the concept you're opposing because you shan't hurt it. To be spiritual and secular is perfectly fine and doable, no aspect of life can't allow for spirituality. It is virtuous and sublime behaviour.
