Great demo and great sounding amps. I own a Supro Blues King 12 which is basically the same as the Delta King 12 and I love it. Too bad they took away the effects loop on the newer model.

Nice looking amps and I like that they're tube amps but simple. Is anyone else reminded of Orange amps by these? They're sort of fuzz like and thick in higher gain setting like an orange, soundwise

You may find some of your favorites work with no adjustment, some you have to revise settings on and others don’t sound the way you envision. Can this amp get distorted with the gain all the way up and the master volume low.

Yes it can. By turning up the volume knob to 10 and lower the master to bedroom level. Also can be done by engaging the drive switch. So the answer is yes. I own the 12.

I don't understand. Maybe I missed something. If the line out is before the EQ section and Power Amp In goes direct to the master section, how do you control the tone when, say, running the 8 into the 12? And how does that effect Boost and Drive? I've seen a couple videos that people claim to be able to use these outputs and inputs as an effects loop. Will that work? From what I've been reading about effect loops it seems that it would work as a series type loop with the right pedals, as in pedals that will accept a line level signal, but I don't know. I don't plan to run one amp into another, but may want to use this as an effects loop if possible. But, if it bypasses the EQ section would I then need an EQ pedal in the effects?

Hi, Tony. The Line Out on the amp is after the preamp and tone stack section of the amp, so the EQ, Boost, and Drive would be before the Line Out. Why do you call this a 'tube' amp? Is it tube from input to output without the solid state distortion circuits engaged? Are there solid state buffers? Do they have a solid state power supply? Why do you call it a 'FET' boost? Are you thinking you can fool people into not knowing this is a solid state circuit? Does it have clipping diodes to distort the sound? What is a 'pigtronix' overdrive circuit? Is it also solid state with clipping diodes?

lol PCB socket mounts...geeze, just get a Monoprice for at least half the price if you want cheapasshit that sounds good. ...or better, pay a couple hundred more and go Fender (chassis mount) that sounds better and will last.
