Hey Frenzzz! My apologies for not mentioning how The Foundation compares to the Liquid Foundation, Despite it being a cream, this has better staying power, and more coverage. Compared to the Cream Foundation, SLIGHTLY more soft matte.

Hi Alicia I am also following you on the No skin care journey and I have to say I like not stressing over skin care. I decided to do this challenge because I am very lazy when it comes to sticking to a routine every night, I’d rather just pick up a bar of soap wash my face put on some moisturizer and go to bed. I’m loving this and my skin is looking great.❤

I got Sonia G, Wayne Goss, Rephr etc brushes bc of Alicia and omg...the difference...I have the Lotus Collection from SG and Coligraphy Brushes from WG among others and they are absolutely a dream. I wash them by hand then apply conditioner (natural hairs) and they are mint condition still years later. I know they don't say that but for me adding conditioner has kept them beautiful. Just FYI. I don't think you'll regret it. Especially with Alcia's rec's...I was skeptical until I finally invented. No regrets 😅

I adore Suqqu and am so grateful you educated me about the brand over a year ago. I bought the new foundation and love it. I’m a very pale olive (105) and their foundations are the best match for me. I also love all of their color palettes. I too have adjusted what I buy from other brands because I love them so much.

Oh I love Suquu so much! I’ve been waiting to see what this foundation is like! How does it compare to the Chantecaille Future Skin? Maybe they are nothing alike and it’s just the jar that makes me want to compare them. Are they different enough in coverage, finish, or wear for it to make sense to have both?

Gorgeous products! I agree that Suqqu is so special and good at what they do, I crave less of other brands. So… I preordered both face palettes and the lip kit. BUT I’m skipping pretty much everything else. Definitely not even considering the new hourglass, for example.

Hi Alicia! I am curious to watch your skincare journey! Thanks for the review. I have been passing on Suqqu releases since the lavender blush back in January. Too much of a hassle to get them and all of these limited editions started to annoy me a bit. When they then reformulated my HG SPF in a bad way by adding fragrance to it, I pretty much distanced myself from the brand. I love both KGD foundation, they are my holi grails with only GOOD ingredients. I cut back on make up purchases in general and exercised a much needed no buy May-July. This was fun and I am back in a state of mind where I am very picky what to buy for my small, but very much loved luxury make up collection ❤.

Alicia, how lucky to receive some of the Suqqu Winter collection early! The face palette looks beautiful! I pre-ordered the same face palette and pink & purple powder (couldn’t decide 😆) so I can’t wait! I want to try the foundation but very hard to find the right shade online. Hi dear Alicia, i just loved the Suqqu reviews, you do Suqqu reviews for so long now, and the products look so beautiful on you!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Suqqu is nowadays with not only dry sensitive skin but also more sensitive my most loved eyeshadow, together with Koh Gen Do, Chantecaille, Surratt, being 53 now. So good they sent this to you!!! These palettes are beautiful, and i'm not such a pink/orange type of person, but Janpanese brands do that in such an elegant way!!! If i could get it, i would try to get the cooler palette, but i wait and see, living in The Netherlands, Selfridges is out of my reach since Brexit, and the others, it's sometimes messy, the launches anyway. That finishing powder or illuminating powder is also gorgeous, Alicia!!!! Thanks also for your thoughts about the eye primer!!! Have a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘

Hey Shannan! From what I remember, they’re similar. I think this one is a TOUCH more soft matte than the cream foundation, due to the clay minerals in the formula. But this is purely from my speculation.

Question: What do you think of Suqqu powders compared to Hourglass?

Hourglass powders are baked, while Suqqu ones are pressed. I think the effects are similar, as Hourglass powders have a pearlescent finish, while some Suqqu powders do depending on the formula.

It’s possible, but I can’t say for sure. I want to say no since it’s finely milled, and doesn’t have a white base.

Hi Alicia I just wanted to give you my thoughts in a kind way but your skin looked to much better when you were using your skincare. It just looks very dry and dehydrated and your glow is gone. But I understand we have to try new things because curiosity gets the best of us. But theres a noticeable difference on camera in my opinion. Love all your reviews!😉

I think we’re accustomed to seeing glowy skin because of marketing. But skin is actually supposed to have more of a soft matte finish naturally. And I’m sure only 30 days is not enough to undo all the years I used skincare 😮‍💨 The radiance and luminosity left behind by skincare is purely for the cosmetic effect. Because once you take it off, the skin no longer looks like that.

I'm sending Pete to Liberty tomorrow with a list of tasks. 1st go get a lisa eldridge pencil and a sample of my shade of foundation and then with the sample go to suqqu and with my picture a brief description of my skin and the samples of my perfect match I will get the suqqu foundation
