The culture of Surat has shaped over time as people have migrated from diverse backgrounds into the city. People from various communities like Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Parsi,Burmese, Christian are collectively known as the Surtis.
In this episode, we explored the Old Surat- Zampa Bazar and tried the authentic surati delicacies. Watch the whole video to experience the local cuisine of Surat.

i also did not like this episode. the mixture and concoction they are doing is unhealthy and a total mess. it even causes the skin color disorder when u screw up food like this. the same thing when u eat fish with milk.
