In this episode, we will take you on a food journey to Rander where the local street food culture has assimilated the Burmese street food - khaosa, then some of the surti innovations like locho, raswala khaman. @@RatVsar I wish they make great food. But they put every masala’s in their food. For example, in Chaas ( butter milk ) they put green chilly, garlic, ginger.. looks like invitation for stomach burn. Need to use less masala’s. I personally don’t like any Surati food.. look at Khochadi they make.. freaking full of spices.. but well my opinion only.
