I don't see many women in this role in the Street Vendor series from this region- and it is a refreshing change of pace. I also like that her immediate work area is clean and organized- seasonings and aromatics are not flung all over the place. Even the surrounding area is clean. I enjoyed watching this video!!!!

In college, this was our dinner at least one day per week. A single person cannot finish this, the cheese inside feels like a cheese burst from dominos but remember it's quite heavy. This is an absolute must for egg lovers.

Luckily i stay just 10 mins away from this place but somehow i didn't know about this place. Within a day or two i am definitely going there with my wife and kids. The good part of this joint is that everything looks reasonably clean.

Egg dishes are very famous in surat. They are exclusively available only in surat and a must try. Apart from regular egg items like half fry or omlette there are 200 plus eggs dishes prepared in surat like Australian fry, gotala, lahori etc.

Where is Surat? I've been to India and also lived there for studies, Taken a weeks trip on my own round trip. However India keeps changing names of places like they change lungis. WHERE IS SURAT? WHICH STATE? what's THE CAPITAL CITY OF IT AND HOW FAR FROM THERE IS SURAT? PERHAPS if I Get another chance of visiting India... However I'm very familiar with Indian street food. It's niw a fashion and trend ALL OVER THE WORLD. BUT back in the late '70s and early '80s. We discovered for ourselves as Students and Travellers, the Virtues and advantages of 'street food' and of course the adventure and pleasure and fulfilment of partaking of Street food.
