Just recently I got bored/frustrated trying to play. Then this video comes along and I feel inspired again. Gonna learn this now. Woo hoo. Lets go.

@@EricHaugenGuitar when it comes to the new generation of slide players Derek Trucks is my favorite. Johnny Winter will probably always be my favorite , and Duane Allman . Rory Gallagher was pretty awesome too.Ry Cooder is awesome too . The slide players I saw live were, Johnny Winter, Rory Gallagher, Foghat , I saw Lynyrd Skynyrd in 1976 , Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan , out of all the slide players I saw live Johnny Winter was probably my favorite

Haha thanks but what I do is more straight-forward . You actually can read music and understand the theory behind it ,I don't ! It is great that you are doing some of these more obscure artists / songs . Have just started getting into Beefheart a little bit recently and some of it rocks pretty hard ! I only knew him as a Zappa sidekick but he was a great musician in his own right I'm finding out . Is there any chance you could do "Call on Me" from Safe as milk? would like to see how you play intro chords

Your Mustang looks so good with walnut and a tortoise pickguard. sounds amazing, wish I never sold mine. I love your videos.. Tom Waits tunes, Beefheart, Velvet underground. I love it! Do you have tabs transcribed for this tune? I keep having to remind.. using a lighter as a slide and borrowing my friends extremely cheap strat rip off. Feels good to be playing again though. Had a jam with friends the other night, first time I touched a guitar in 3 years and fell in love all over again.
