What size weight do you tend to use with the swim baits

If I’m throwing a 4-5” swim bait I’ll use a 3/8 - 1/2 jig head for that bait if I’m going Carolina rig with the small grub baits like the 805 baits I’ll use a 3/4 oz egg sinker

Yeah I noticed the sand worm gets random size perch but the jerkbait gets better grade of fish

Agree but finding a spot in or area right now with no grass floating around is tough

Yup but there still fun to catch plus in our area we’re already seeing signs of big perch starting to show up I know of a few guys that caught some nice 15” plus ones and up north there catching 17” and 18” perch already
