Domagoj Kučko Actually, 3 different people made this map. Their 'signature' is based on the color of the ramps on each level, and each person made 6 levels, totaling at 18 levels.

Seriously the greatest map ever made. Nothing come comes close to the surf, the progression of difficulty, or the aesthetics. I'd make a vid but it's too long, played through it like all of today though, really fuckin fun. The ending sequence after you beat it is amazing as well, didn't think hammer sdk was capable of that.

I guess the ramps are made with "propper" so they don't count towards the percentages, and once you remove the ramps, you can make a LOT of stuff within the boundaries of the source engine. It's not even that detailed so it shouldn't be a problem.

ill answer you substitutionally for the lt team =p, the main concept was to make a map which is increasing in difficulty starting from the allknown tier 1 until a rockin hard tier 6 :) (each mapper made 1 stage for one tier), what you dont see in the video is that you can actually keep your speed from a former level which leads to fun shortcuts and make the easier levels fun and sometimes challenging to surf, depends on what shortcuts you use :), yep it is doubtless very long :D

That's awesome. I wonder, on what sensitivity you are surfing, I binded +left and +right and try to surf on 400DPI and 2.0 ingame, but this isn't even possible with such a lowsense, is it?

low sensitivity is okay until the t3 stages when a higher sensitivity is really needed.

Someone needs to make a first-person platformer with a learning curve that welcomes newcomers but actually rewards player skill with being able to move at breakneck speeds and progress flawlessly through courses like this.
