A quick note for those of you who may use (or have heard about) the "Step and Repeat" function in Photoshop. I don't use it here (and instead manually copy my squares) because it tends to add the tiniest bit of space as it repeats and doesn't exactly line up with the grid. It is a great function, though, for other things.

Hi, Ranjani. Thanks for watching and commenting. I think someone asked me a similar question once before. TBH, I really don't know. I'm coming more from a designer's perspective where we just want the display and marketing to look good. We leave the technical execution to our textile design team.

Hi, there! Thanks for watching and commenting. Right now, we don't have a course specific to textile design, but if you're interested in learning photoshop or Illustrator you can take one of our other classes. You can also sign up for a private one-on-one training, and we can customize what you lean.

Hey, Thuangam. Thanks for watching the video and asking a question. I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean like creating a plain weave as opposed to a twill weave? If so, it would just be a matter of changing how you create the weave. A plain weave has a more regular and evenly spaced weave. I would probably still do the grey box, but then just repeat it every other square. Hope that makes senses and helps to answer your question.
