How many times have you retrained the sensor? Mine is working fine.

Hi there - if your Surface Pro 9 camera isn't signing you in, there are a few things you can try before reaching out to Microsoft Support: - Run the Automated Camera Troubleshooter (Open the "Get Help" app and follow the diagnostic steps). - Check Privacy Settings (Under Camera Access in Privacy & Settings, ensure that "Let Apps Access Your Camera" is ON - Get the latest updates (Use the Surface App for drivers and firmware, and Settings>Updates also) - Force Restart (Shut down your device completely, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and if the logo appears after a few seconds, continue to hold until you see it a second time) If none of the above solve your problem, reach out to support.microsoft.com/en-gb/surface for further assistance.
