Sensational the video!!! I'm from Brazil and I've been to Pavones five times. For me they would have to include Pavones in the 8th wonder of the world hahahahahaha!!! @@Saltypalmtree Hello great friend! I'm in love with Costa Rica. I've crossed the country from end to end. From North to South hahahaha! I've been to Playa Hermosa, Domenical, Playa Negra, Avellanas, Tamarindo, Marbella, Coco beath, Roca Bruja, Ollis Point... But my favorite place in Costa Rica is without a doubt Pavones. Next year 2022 will be my sixth time. We are already looking at airfare for May. I'm already looking forward to arriving soon hahahahaha 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♂️

Hi Justin :) at 12:30 is the main surf break in Pavones, this spot has 3 sections, if the swell is good enough you can catch the wave from the 1st to the 3rd section. If u see on the thumbnail, it’s the waves at the back. That’s so exciting, stay in touch :)

What was the wind like down there? I’ve always wanted to go to costa specifically pavones but I’m always worried about onshore winds. Was it offshore/glassy most of the day or only in the mornings? Would love to take a trip but I only get to go once maybe twice a year somewhere, only getting to surf for a hour or 2 in the morning before it gets lumpy and closed out makes it hard to pull the trigger

There are many protected spots in Pavones, we mainly surfed the main spot. However we didn’t experience really any wind issues in the month of October, I can’t say what it’s like for the rest of the months. But this spot is pretty sheltered with the mountains all around it :) We would really recommend going there, the wave is one of the best we’ve ever surfed :) ps the best time to surf the spot of high tide :) thanks for watching ✨

@@Saltypalmtree thank you! Living in Florida it’s important to try and score when I get the chance to take a trip. The waves suck here 95/100 days. I’ve been to Nicaragua a few times and love the all day offshores. How many fun spots are there besides the main break at pavones? Any hollower punchy kind of waves? Would love to get a few barrels down there! I’m half decent at surfing so if it’s on the heavier side that’s fine lol thank you 🙌🏾
