Ok man, you did it again. I think it will work in Colorado after runoff. And we have a lot of high water now. However I have already been catching smallmouth bass on poppers this year in my local reservoir, I’ll try one tomorrow after I make some this afternoon. If I get to win this fly, I won’t fish it. I will just make my own variations on it! Thanks again, your a real pro with a great amount of information to share on KZbin. Ha de.

Creative pattern! I have seen it used in north Finnmark rivers for salmon. Drifted across in the fast rapids. Very attractive...I suppose😉

This is a very popular pattern here in Finland and its quite strange that you don't see these used anywhere else, considering how effective it is. I tie mine on a long shank hook and trim the body fibres quite short so that it keeps it's shape even when dead drifted in riffles.

The pronounciation was almost 5/5. A tiny accent between u and r but for a Swedish guy we give easily 6/5. 👌

This fly looks like a small baitfish for sure. I really believe that it will catch fish. I want to try it in our small stream for trout. Thanks for showing, tight lines
