SURFING Los Angeles in the Winter of 20-21 "Endless Winter"

Winter time in the South Bay region of Los Angeles is always the best time to surf due to swell directions. The 2020-21 winter surf season saw plenty of ups and downs.
This is my recap of the surf here in the South Bay where we're always hoping for the longest winter possible, the Endless Winter.
Thanks to all of the surfers who let me chase them around. I hope you enjoy this movie. I'm Brad Jacobson and I'll see you on the sand.

Yeah, the music is good, too; but, your opening snap is holy supreme! I left S Cal in '69 (retired!; 95437 on the coast, of course), but that shot takes me back to our storm surf days on the south coast! Thanks again ~

People kept telling me i blew it, how this winter was so good. Sooooooo good dude! Yeah right. Yes winter is best typically. But sometimes it's all closeouts and wind and cold. Surfers are so full of it sometimes. (I am out bc of back injury)

Yeah el porto was either crumbly or closed out most of the time the main spots were Rincon and stuff that were really good, you didn't miss anything

Lol nice drowning comentary about S. California south facing beaches. I loved the slow motion allowing a 3 sec ride or drop look like a actual 6 sec close out. It's a decent water temp but that cannot really overcome the health hazards and smell of feces and tarballs that still linger in my nostril today. Some very nice middle fingers and surf agression by sholder hopper's and if your mad at one looser well, hahaha you better start getting better position and letting the other guys know that every eave is mine, until i say "go its it's yours"... what a mess it is to see 500/night resorts on the state reserves that ruined a beautiful place like S. California. I got my doctorate for 1/3 the cost of California and used the other 2/3 to move to quiet lil reef and live life in peace. Have fun !
