Nice video! Missing Hawaii. I grew up surfing there and I've never seen queens without a crowd. Looks like only u and a few other surfers. That is rare and awesome.

Hey Brah, love your channel. We're about the same age. Wondering what your thoughts were on working on pop-ups, out of the water? After lifting, I've been doing 3 sets of 10. Hope it will improve my endurance 🤙🌊

Mahalos for the kind words 🙏🏾 I used to do sets of pop ups out of the water it does seem to help, but what really helped me was a 15 minute stretch routine I do religiously every day and I also do abs every other day religiously. My other half been telling me to make a video of my stretch / ab routine so maybe I will sometime soon. 🤙🏾
