So can you make a tea bag input for competitive games like Super Smash Flash 2?

I couldn't see why not. I'm guessing the contact of the tea bag and water is the circuit completion? You'd want to make sure the whole tea bag is wet if you're holding it and that you're hooked up to the ground. Then the water is hooked up to an input. I'd be keen to hear how you go. Take care with water and electronics, too!
