Thank you very much for the lectures and books about Syringomyelia! Prof. Rusbridge, could you please tell me, is it possible to get your online consultation? Is there an online appointment? We live in another country, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has Chiari and Syringomyelia (According to MRI, extension of the central channel in the area C1-Th1, up to a maximum of 7.7x6.5 mm). The dog is 11 months old; a veterinary neurologist recommends not to take gabapentin, but to do surgery (foramen magnum decompression). We have some doubts. There is an MRI disk and a video of symptoms (phantom scratching), if a consultation is possible, please let me know. Thanks a lot!
