Thank you for sharing your story! I've been through something similar. Love and light. I was 30 and had a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. It has been hell.

The doctor who did my surgery was all about removing everything and basically non-existent when it came to follow-up or informing me beforehand about all the after effects I was going to go through. I felt like a shell of who I used to be, until I did my own research and homework and found a wellness doctor for BHRT. It's been a rough journey and I relate to everything you say.

🤗😘 I never knew you did this video . I love this video speaking about going through these types of problems as a woman is unheard of and always kept secret. Well done for speaking about it so openly

Wow thanks lady's, we need more women talking about this. I'm having full hysterectomy in couple weeks, been on tramadol and cocodamols for 2 years whilst waiting for surgey. It's hard to find others who been through it and know what to expect so thank you. Not looking forward to the side effects definitely going to take hrt. 🙏❤

I just had a total abdominal hysterectomy-oop meaning the dr took everything I am left with nothing and I was forced into menopause I’m 42 years old and I’m still confused on what’s really going on with my body it effects my mental physical and quality of life hot flashes night sweats and brain fog and it all happened overnight !

I had mine at 50, two years ago. Same total Hyst-oop. I had uterine cancer, so no HRT. Do you also suffer from insomnia? I have found a full raw vegan diet is helping many parts. It doesn't eliminate, but sure tames them. Hot flashes/nightflushes were 10fold worse with coffee. Had to quit all caffeine.

I am so confused. Please don't take this as bragging, but I had a total hysterectomy with BSO, the doctor too everything. But I genuinely feel great; better than I felt pre-op. When is the other shoe going to drop? Is this just the quiet before the storm.
