It's a very good video, but when you are operating in a wund pointing towards you, after you start with the first stitch from right to left, the needle holder ends up being hold by your left hand "blocking your left hand" while the right hand holds the right end of the suture. This means that you should knot only using the right hand while holding in your left hand the needle holder... how would you knot then?

How do you manage to tie knots so easily with gloves, I have tried I can't feel the threads when wearing gloves
